What do you do?

 

We make Gifts and Homewares made using Reclaimed Wood

 

Where do you post to?

 

We post to UK and Ireland. 

 

Can you create bespoke items to order?

 

Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best for you.

How quickly will my item be posted? 

 

We aim to dispatch within 48hrs on all shop orders (bespoke will take longer). If we are away at an event there may be a slight delay in dispatch times.

When will my item arrive?

 

We use Royal Mail for smaller items, and courier services for larger items. Following despatch, your order should be with you in 2-3 working days.

Will you combine postage?

 

Of course. We always aim to make postage as cost-effective as possible for our customers, so please do contact us before ordering multiple items.

Can I collect my order?

 

Yes, you are more than welcome to collect at a mutually convenient time.

Where are you based?

 

We are based in Hibaldstow, North Lincolnshire.

 

Is the wood you use genuine reclaimed? 

 

We only use original reclaimed wood generally a minimum of 100 years old which is sourced and collected personally.

 

Are the whisky barrels authentic? 

 

We have the barrels shipped direct from distilleries in Scotland, they are all old decommissioned barrels.

How do I find out what shows you are attending?

 

We have an EVENTS page on our website, which includes a calendar of our upcoming shows. Alternatively, you can email us the area you are from, and we can let you know if we have anything up and coming near you.
